Machine guarding is generally made from acrylic or polycarbonate but nylon and polyprophalene are also commonly used.  Most machine guards and safety guards are made to specification supplied by the customer. It may involve just plain cutting or complicated cuts moulding and printing. We have a call out  service and can measure machine guarding and recommend the best material for each application.
